Our story

Kai and Anthony met in 2019 and have been together ever since. Their first date was at BARCADE, Brooklyn where Kai repeatedly beat Anthony at T-MEK. In addition to enjoying each other’s company, they appreciate fun games, good food, and exciting travel (especially with friends).

They currently live in Brooklyn, NY with their cat, Charlie.

Where to stay

We’ve put together a few hotel groupings for you based on our wedding venue location – Prospect Park, Brooklyn. We recommend staying where you plan to spend the majority of your time.

Getting

there

Flying

Fly into either JFK (John F. Kennedy International Airport), LGA (LaGuardia Airport), or EWR (Newark Liberty International Airport). All airports should have around a 30 to 45 minute taxi to your hotel.

Getting Around

There is no parking at or around the venue, so we encourage our guests to use taxis, ride-share services, and public transportation.

Subway: Take a Q, B, or S train to Prospect Park Station

Ride-Share and Taxi: Request to be dropped off at the corner of Ocean Avenue and Lincoln Road
100 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, New York

The Venue is a 5-10 minute walk through the park for the main road. Please account for this additional travel time when planning your arrival (and think about footwear).

Things to do

For our out of town family and friends, we want you to enjoy the city as locals. Here are some of our favorite spots to eat, drink, and explore in Brooklyn.
